STANFORD PROJECTS conforms rigorously to BS7858. When we receive CV’s, an application form is sent requesting photographs and documentation to evidence experience, skills, proof of address and when returned they are reviewed by our management. Prospective candidates are then given a telephone vet to ascertain communication skills, after which a decision to interview is made based on the operation or position applied for. All documents are kept confidentially.
We conduct physical and sensory tests in relations to operation or position applied for in accordance to BS7858, after which our Personnel Department will screen and vet the applicant for a full 5 years or to school leaving age, including CCJ and CRB checks. We contact all previous employers and referees presented to us by applicants.
